Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in West Java invites a seasoned finance controller to lead end-to-end supply chain financial control for Quaker and Agro operations, driving cost management, inventory governance, and productivity initiatives.

You will partner with SC, Operations, Procurement and Commercial leaders to steer strategic decisions, conduct monthly performance reviews, and deliver sustainable improvements in profitability and working capital.

Qualifications

8-10+ years of finance/accounting experience with strong exposure to supply chain finance.
Experience in FMCG and multinational environments.
Strong costing, inventory valuation, and cost analytics knowledge.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions.
Experience with SAP FI/CO and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

Own the financial control framework across Quaker and Agro supply chain ops.
Partner with supply chain and commercial leaders to drive strategic decisions and productivity.
Lead monthly supply chain performance reviews for senior leadership.
Develop and support cost optimization roadmaps.
Act as finance business partner for costing, inventory valuation, and controls.
Drive internal controls, audits, and reporting automation.
