Job summary

PepsiCo in Indonesia seeks a senior Supply Chain Controller Accounting Manager to oversee end-to-end cost control for Quaker and Agro operations, driving profitability and working capital efficiency.

You will lead governance across inventory, manufacturing and logistics costs, partner with SC, Operations and Procurement, and report to senior leadership. The role requires 8-10+ years in finance/accounting, FMCG experience, and strong SAP FI/CO and cost analytics.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of finance/accounting experience with supply chain exposure.
• Experience in FMCG and multinational environments.
• Knowledge of standard costing, manufacturing accounting, inventory valuation, and cost analytics.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial control framework across Quaker and Agro supply chain operations.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement and Commercial leaders on decisions.
• Lead monthly supply chain performance reviews for senior leadership.
• Develop cost optimization roadmaps aligned with growth objectives.
• Serve as finance business partner for supply chain costing, inventory valuation, and controls.
