Job summary

PepsiCo Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Senior Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting operations for the Agro/Quaker portfolio, ensuring US GAAP/local GAAP compliance and accurate inventory costing. You will lead journal entries, GL, monthly closings, and reporting, partner with cross-functional teams, and support audits and internal controls to safeguard assets and drive cost efficiency.

Candidates should have 3-5 years in financial accounting, FMCG exposure, SAP FI-CO/MM and HFM

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in Financial Accounting under US/IFRS GAAP and product costing.
• FMCG industry experience is a must.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI-CO and MM modules; HFM experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
• Team player with cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Agro-Quaker financial numbers and ensuring inventory costing accuracy and timely records.
• Handle journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and monthly closing activities.
• Coordinate monthly closing and reporting process of inventory.
• Monitor compliance with statutory submissions and review outsourced processes.
• Analyze inventory in transit / spend movements for seeds and Quaker products.
• Prepare inventory details for monthly BSR review.
• Assist the Control team in external reporting and audit documentation.
• Support the Indonesian market by cost-aware, timely reporting per policy.
• Lead in internal controls on inventory management and I2C process.
• Collaborate with Agro/Quaker ops, procurement, and manufacturing to align finances.
