Job summary

PepsiCo Indonesia is seeking an experienced Finance Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting, inventory costing, and monthly closings in a fast-paced FMCG environment. You will oversee journal entries, general ledger, and reporting while ensuring compliance with US GAAP/IFRS and local regulations.

The role requires 3–5 years of financial accounting experience, 2 years in product costing, and strong SAP FI-CO/MM, as well as proficiency in English.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in Financial Accounting with US IFRS/GAAP knowledge.
• At least 2 years of product costing experience.
• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations and monthly closings.
• Handle journal entries, GL maintenance, and inventory costing.
• Support billing, revenue recognition, payables, and internal controls.
• Provide financial analysis, budgeting support, and cross‑functional guidance.
• Collaborate with Agro/Quaker ops, procurement, and manufacturing teams.
