Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Costing & Inventory Controller to lead monthly closing, costing reviews, and governance of inventory movements at the Depok, Indonesia facility. You will partner with the planning and finance teams to ensure accurate standard costs, profitability analyses, and policy compliance.

The role requires extensive experience in financial accounting, product costing, and SAP FI-CO/HFM, with a track record of improving cost efficiency and robust stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in Financial Accounting and US / IFRS GAAP standards; at least 2 years in product costing.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to challenge cost assumptions and drive improvements.
• Experience with inventory costing, standard costing and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly closing and reporting of inventory and costing; oversee period-end close accuracy.
• Lead review and analysis of costing vs prior periods with planning teams.
• Support cost improvement initiatives and validate proposed savings.
• Ensure compliance with US and local GAAP and revenue recognition policies.
• Coordinate internal and external audits related to inventory and costing.
