Job summary

Baskit is seeking an experienced Brand & Business Development professional in Tangerang Selatan to strengthen relationships with existing clients and acquire new brands. You will drive revenue, monitor performance, and coordinate across brand, commercial, and finance teams to meet targets.

The role requires a strong network, negotiation skills, and willingness to travel frequently across clients. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional English are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5–6 years of experience in FMCG, brand management, or operations.
• Strong networking and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term relationships.
• Willing to travel frequently across clients and customers.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; proficient in professional English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and customers through regular communication.
• Acquire new brands by conducting due diligence to ensure alignment with Baskit’s standards.
• Drive new revenue from existing and new brands and support them to increase volume month by month.
• Monitor and analyze business performance for each brand, including results and market conditions.
• Achieve monthly targets by driving revenue and maximizing brand penetration.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure target fulfillment and share actionable insights on performance.
