Qualifications

• Experience managing sales in Bandung and surrounding areas; willingness to travel/relocate within coverage area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily sales operations across all channels within the coverage area (Bandung and surroundings).
• Achieve and drive increasing sales targets and revenue growth.
• Monitor, mentor and motivate the sales team to optimize performance.
• Plan and manage promotion programs, budgets, stock, and distribution to support sales goals.
