Job summary

The Bench Brewery - Uluwatu in Bali is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support day-to-day operations, ensure hospitality standards, and assist with staff management in a fast-paced setting. It is a contract position based in South Kuta, Bali.

Ideal candidates have proven hospitality leadership, guest-focused service, knowledge of health and safety standards, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Immediate availability is preferred to join the Bali team.

We are seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the hospitality and management team at The Bench Brewery. This is a contract position based in South Kuta, Bali. As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional service delivery, staff management, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. This position offers the opportunity to develop your management skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment whilst contributing directly to the success of our dining establishment.

What we're looking for :

Proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role, ideally in a similar establishment

Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
