Job summary

Bobobox is seeking a Captain to lead the dining experience across bar, restaurant, and banquet areas in our FnB operations. You will coordinate service flow, supervise a diverse service team, and ensure high standards of hospitality and efficiency.

Collaboration with chefs and bartenders will be essential to deliver timely, delightful experiences. The role requires a hospitality or related degree, proven leadership in fine dining or high-end banquets, and strong English and Bahasa Indonesia

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in hospitality management, hotel & restaurant management, or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership and guest service orientation are essential.
• Excellent communication in English; Bahasa Indonesia required as primary language.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate smooth service across bar, restaurant and banquet areas.
• Supervise servers, runners and bar staff; ensure grooming and knowledge of menus.
• Time deliveries with kitchen and bar; manage service pace and sequence.
• Monitor service speed and staff responsiveness to prevent delays.
• Ensure hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Maintain shift handovers and clear shift reports for continuity.
