Job summary

Bobobox FnB seeks a Captain to lead dining operations at our Cipanas location, overseeing bar, restaurant, and banquet service. You will coordinate with kitchen and bar, manage floor flow, and ensure high standards of guest care and hygiene.

The role requires hospitality leadership, solid communication in Indonesian and English, and the ability to handle fast-paced shifts while maintaining service continuity.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in captain/supervisor role in fine dining or high-end banquet operations.
• Strong understanding of restaurant, bar and banquet service standards and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead service operations in bar, restaurant, and banquet areas and ensure smooth service.
• Supervise servers, runners, and bar staff; monitor service speed and staff responsiveness.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely delivery of food and beverages; maintain cleanliness and standards.
