Job summary

Shopee is seeking an experienced professional in operations to oversee the company’s own fleet attendance and route planning compliance, ensuring on-time arrivals and accurate data tracking across the region.

The role includes coordinating with shuttle, linehaul, hubs and sellers, delivering training on new policies, and supporting special projects as assigned by the reporting manager. Strong communication and ability to work under pressure are essential.

• Moderate in Microsoft Office or Google Sheet skills.

Level Experienced (Individual Contributor)

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Requirements:

• Having basic knowledge in transport operation and planning is a plus
• Excellent in communication, negotiating, and co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Able to work under pressure
• Moderate in Microsoft Office or Google Sheet skills
