Job summary

PT Xanhsm Green And Smart Mobility Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Vehicle Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the performance and utilization of 2W fleets. You will develop policies, SOPs, and guidelines and lead cross-functional training to ensure consistent execution across teams.

The role focuses on monitoring fleet quantity, maintenance schedules, regulatory compliance, and data-driven reporting to maximize availability and minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in vehicle management, fleet management, or automotive operations.
• Strong knowledge of 2W vehicle operations, maintenance, registration, licensing, insurance, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience coordinating with government institutions, workshops, and external partners.
• Expertise in SOP development, process improvement, and operational reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management across multiple teams.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and data-driven reporting.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize the overall operational performance and utilization of 2W vehicles to ensure fleet efficiency and readiness.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve vehicle management policies, SOPs, and guidelines.
• Lead the implementation and training of vehicle management procedures across teams.
• Monitor and manage vehicle quantity, availability, quality, and condition for adequate fleet capacity.
• Establish and monitor vehicle maintenance schedules including preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Coordinate with workshops, vendors, and partners for timely, cost-effective maintenance while upholding standards.
• Identify risks, recommend corrective actions, and drive continuous process improvements.
• Ensure vehicle documentation compliance with local regulations across all areas.
• Provide guidance to drivers on proper vehicle use and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Driver Management, Finance, Legal, Procurement to ensure smooth vehicle management.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Supervise vehicle management staff and ensure timely completion of tasks.
