Job summary

PT Solunova Alami Indonesia is seeking a seasoned B2B sales professional in the food and flavor sector. You will drive sales, manage key accounts, and coordinate with development teams on new product adoptions for Tobacco and F&B markets.

The role requires strong flavor knowledge, excellent language skills in English and Indonesian, and willingness to travel domestically or internationally. Placement is in Central Jakarta (Cideng).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years in Food Industry B2B sales or flavor house.
• Strong decision-making and analytical thinking.
• Understanding of flavor language.
• Good command of English and Indonesian.
• Willing to travel domestically or internationally.
• Placement in Cideng, Central Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for product knowledge, sales processes, export regulations, and flavor-based applications for Tobacco and F&B industries.
• Responsible for achieving sales targets, developing market strategies, managing customer relationships, coordinating supply processes, and monitoring performance.
• Coordinate with the Business Development team for new product adoptions (NPD).
• Ensure new product adoption aligns with customer requirements and timelines.
