Job summary

PT Rapid Teknologi Indonesia in Jakarta invites a Senior IT Product Designer to lead end-to-end product design for fintech and digital services, translating business goals into intuitive user experiences. You will conduct user research, create prototypes, maintain design systems, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and validate designs through usability testing to improve performance.

This role requires 5+ years in product design, strong UX fundamentals, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Design / UI/UX Design, preferably at Senior level.
• Strong experience in end-to-end product design, user research, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and design systems.
• Experience designing digital products/web or mobile applications.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in fintech, financial services, e-commerce, marketplace, or other digital products is preferred.
