Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in CS/IS or related field.
• 5-8 years IT experience with at least 2 years leading small teams.
• Fintech, P2P, banking or payment industry background is preferred.
• Proficient in Linux, cloud computing, Java, MySQL, networking and monitoring.
• Familiar with ITIL (incident/change/problem management).
• Working communication in English; Bahasa preferred; Mandarin is a plus.
• Willing to accept on-call duties, pressure-resistant and business-oriented.
• Experienced in Leading Small teams of 3-5 people.
• Language: Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia + working proficiency in English; Chinese knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Familiarize with core business related to LPBBTI industry and end-to-end lending service features.
• Ensure high availability and fault emergency response of core systems (processing, risk, disbursement, repayment, collection, reporting).
• Establish monitoring, alerting, log auditing, backups and disaster recovery drills.
• Lead RCA for major failures and deliver closed-loop improvements.
• Clarify boundaries between helpdesk and development; set SLA, shift scheduling and on-call mechanism.
• Manage code submission specs, branching strategies, release windows, rollout and rollback.
• Provide on-the-job training and step in when needed to cover gaps.
• Coordinate cross-departmentally with product, risk control and compliance teams.
• Security and compliance focus: least privilege, data encryption/masking; ISO 27001/PDPA alignment.
• Manage cloud providers, vendors, budgets; negotiate SLAs; oversee cost governance.
