Job summary

The ideal candidate has a business management background, 5+ years in customer services or 2+ years as a business analyst, and fluent English with strong data analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management (a plus point if having experience in hospitality, management, communication).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Services, or Business Analyst with 2 years of experience in a similar job position.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Strong ability to analyze data and create actionable insights.
• Ability to adapt to changing client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor the Operations Team, including providing guidance, feedback and support.
• Review all tickets created by the team, ensuring compliance with all guidelines and standards, and maintaining quality to meet client requirements.
• Manage project items including requirement-gathering, testing, documentation, and timeline coordination with others' participations.
• Identify and manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle; investigate any issue that arises by proactively engaging relevant stakeholders, gather detailed information, and prepare a clear analysis with recommended actions.
• Create and maintain process flow documentation such as manual user guides and/or release notes.
