Job summary

Adecco Indonesia is seeking a System Analyst / Technical Business Analyst in Financial Services to bridge business requirements with technology solutions and ensure alignment with stakeholder needs throughout the project lifecycle.

You will document BRD/FRD, use cases, UML diagrams, and guide cross-functional teams including PMs, developers, QA, and UI/UX to deliver value-driven software on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, Information Management, or a related field.
• Experience delivering custom, enterprise-scale applications as a Business Analyst in IT projects in financial services.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Waterfall and Agile.
• Ability to create and interpret UML diagrams (Use Case, Activity, Sequence).
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with a wide range of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to produce clear, structured project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct requirements elicitation through interviews, workshops, and reviews.
• Document BRD, FRD, Use Cases, and other specifications.
• Define requirements from the end-user perspective with functional and non-functional details.
• Translate needs into structured, actionable requirements for technical teams.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Developers, QA, UI/UX, and stakeholders.
• Act as liaison between business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support UAT and ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Manage requirement changes and perform impact analysis.
