Job summary

PT Solusi Makmur Lestari (Sinergis HR Consulting & Services) is seeking a Product IT Business Analyst in Jakarta Selatan to bridge business needs with software solutions. You will gather requirements, demonstrate products, and work with cross-functional teams through the SDLC.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in IT business analysis, a background in IT/software, and experience with enterprise SaaS or ERP systems. Collaboration with Sales, Product, and Tech teams is essential.

Qualifications

Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
Familiarity with enterprise software, SaaS, ERP, CRM, or supply chain apps is a plus.

Responsibilities

Understand company software products, services, and industry solutions.
Conduct product demos, solution presentations, and POCs for clients and internal stakeholders.
Translate customer needs into BRD, FSD, User Stories, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with UI/UX, Developers, QA, and project teams throughout SDLC.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT.
Support prioritization and roadmap discussions.
