Job summary

Beca Group in Jakarta, Indonesia, is seeking a Finance Systems Analyst to support and enhance our finance systems landscape. You will provide operational support, analyze requirements, and work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure platforms remain reliable, secure, and fit for purpose.

You will help transform finance processes, manage configurations, integrations, and API-based changes, and contribute to the system roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business or related discipline.
• Experience supporting Finance ERP or enterprise systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with system configuration, integrations, and APIs.
• Knowledge of SDLC, testing, deployment, and release management.
• Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Project Accounting, or Financial Reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and maintenance of Finance systems.
• Analyze business requirements and implement system improvements.
• Configure changes, integrations, and API-based solutions.
• Collaborate with Technology, Finance, and business stakeholders.
• Assist with deployments, releases, and risk assessment.
• Maintain system documentation.
• Mentor team members and contribute to capability development.
