Job summary

Siloam Hospitals Group is seeking a finance reporting professional to deliver monthly OTR and analytics for the Healthcare segment. You will consolidate data, prepare BoD/BoC decks, and drive PowerBI-based monthly close enhancements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting with 3+ years in financial analysis, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and tasked on-site in Karawaci for six months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• At least 3 years in a related role.
• Understand accounting and business processes.
• Ability to read and analyze financial statements.
• Understand consolidation and journal entries.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Onsite in Karawaci for 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly OTR report and monthly analysis for Healthcare business.
• Collect and calculate manual adjustments for Monthly Analysis; submit data to accounting for SME analysis.
• Prepare materials for FP deck analysis and SME & FP meetings.
• Prepare BoD/BoC deck materials and collect slides from PIC.
• Prepare CVC Excel file.
• Upload monthly closing data to PowerBI for TWC calculations.
• Submit closing data to LK personnel.
• Assist in yearly Budget process and Quarterly Forecast.
• Actively adding reporting to PowerBI to replace the manual reporting.

• Prepare monthly OTR Report and Monthly Analysis report for Healthcare business
• Collect and calculate manual adjustments required for Monthly Analysis file. Submit data to accounting, related with manual adjustments, for SME analysis
• Prepare supporting for FP deck analysis and also materials from participant, for SME & FP meeting
• Prepare supporting for BoD/BoC deck & meeting and also collect supporting slides from PIC, related with BoD deck
• Prepare supporting for CVC excel file
• Upload monthly closing data to PowerBI, mainly for TWC calculations
• Submit closing data to LK personnel
• Assist in yearly Budget process & Quartely Forecast
• Actively adding reporting to PowerBI, to replace the manual reporting
