Job summary

Siloam International Hospitals (Siloam) in Bekasi is seeking Finance/Accounting staff to handle invoicing, receivables follow-up, and ledger maintenance. Fresh graduates in Accounting, Finance, or related fields are welcome to apply.

The role requires strong Excel skills, data analysis ability, and reliability to work independently and meet deadlines while supporting hospital-wide financial accuracy and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and send invoices aligned with quality targets to ensure timely payments.
• Follow up on receivables, including patient billing, to avoid overdue payments.
• Bookkeep payments from guarantor/insurance billing and maintain current data as billing reference.
• Collect data and/or generate reports related to operational activities for supervisors.
• Support procedures for quality and safety services by documenting and reporting as needed.

Job description

• Ensure that all invoices are sent in accordance with quality targets so that the payment process is carried out on time as well as bookkeeping of each payment by Corporate Insurance to ensure the completeness and accuracy of receivable reports.
• Follow up on all receivables, including billing patients, so that they do not exceed the due date
• Bookkeeping of payments from guarantor company bills and ensuring existing data is the latest data to be used as a billing reference
• Collect required data and/or create reports related to operational activities to be reported to superiors
• Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, collecting data, documenting and/or making reports needed to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets
