Fullerton Health Group of Companies Indonesia is seeking a Financial & Reporting Analyst to join our finance team in Jakarta. You will prepare monthly financial reports, conduct variance analysis, and provide data-driven insights to support business operations and strategic decisions.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in accounting (Master's preferred), at least 5 years in finance/FP&A, strong Excel and ERP skills, and excellent English communication for cross-functional collaboration across

Responsabilités

• Prepare monthly financial reports and timely submission to Headquarter
• Conduct variance analysis to support management review
• Provide financial data and insights to assist business operations
• Support business teams in monitoring cost, profitability, and other performance indicators
• Support budgeting and rolling forecast process
• Assist in preparing presentations and reports for management and business reviews
• Ensure comliance with company policies, internal controls, and financial procedures
• Collaborate with cross - fuctional teams to collect data and ensure accurancy in financial reporting
• Assist Finance and Accounting team in month- end and year end closing

Prepare monthly financial reports and timely submission to Headquarter

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in accounting master's degree is highly preferred

Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting foles (Finance analyst or FP&A analyst is plus)

Good knowladge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Strong communication skill and ability to work cross - functionally

Proficiency in MS Excel, financial software and ERP system

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
