• Oversee insurance administration, claims processes, and employee reimbursement activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure timely completion of financial and tax audits while maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen financial controls, streamline processes, and improve overall efficiency within the finance function.
• Lead treasury and cash flow management activities to ensure healthy liquidity and support the company's operational and business growth objectives.

In this role, you will support the Finance Head in overseeing finance, treasury, and planning functions, ensuring compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. This position plays a key role in maintaining the organization's financial stability and supporting strategic business decisions.

What will you do:

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance and 2 years in leading a team.
• Proven experience in treasury, budgeting, financial planning, and cash flow management.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, audit processes, taxation, and PSAK.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems (SAP experience would be preferred)
