Peoplyee seeks a Finance Assistant Section Manager in Jakarta to supervise treasury policies and drive budgeting, cash flow analysis, and audit coordination. The role requires deep experience in treasury management within manufacturing and strong SAP proficiency.

You will assess feasibility studies, manage insurance processes, and ensure compliant financial operations while improving internal controls and processes across the finance function.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.

Jobs Description

• Supervise the implementation of treasury policies, rules, and procedures to support the company's operational and investment funding requirements.
• Prepare and calculate the annual budget to ensure complete, accurate, and timely budget proposals.
• Review feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed acquisitions, investments, and asset sales to support informed business decisions.
• Prepare and review cash flow reports, ensuring accurate and timely comparisons between forecasts and actual results.
• Manage insurance administration and investigation processes, ensuring all relevant data and documentation are available for insurance claims.
• Verify and authorize employee reimbursement payments, including medical expenses, fuel, tolls, parking, and business travel expenses, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and support financial and tax audits to ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards.
• Maintain, evaluate, and recommend improvements to financial procedures and activities to enhance efficiency and internal controls.

Jobs Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in a finance or treasury position within a manufacturing company, with the most recent role at the Assistant Manager level.
• Strong knowledge of treasury management, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, investment feasibility analysis, and financial risk management.
• Familiarity with insurance administration, employee expense reimbursement, financial audits, and Indonesian tax regulations.
• Proficiency in SAP.
