Peoplyee seeks a Finance Assistant Section Manager in Jakarta to supervise treasury policies and drive budgeting, cash flow analysis, and audit coordination. The role requires deep experience in treasury management within manufacturing and strong SAP proficiency.

You will assess feasibility studies, manage insurance processes, and ensure compliant financial operations while improving internal controls and processes across the finance function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• Minimum 8 years in finance or treasury in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of treasury management and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise treasury policy implementation and procedures.
• Prepare and calculate annual budget proposals.
• Review feasibility studies for acquisitions and investments.
• Prepare and review cash flow reports and forecasts.
• Manage insurance administration and related claims data.
• Verify employee reimbursements per policy.
• Coordinate financial and tax audits for compliance.
