Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a Finance leader to oversee Billing, Collections, Revenue Assurance, Treasury, and Asset Management. The role focuses on strengthening financial controls, improving cash flow management, and guiding the finance team to deliver accurate reporting.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of finance experience, including managerial responsibility, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to meet tight deadlines and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting/audit/tax from a reputable university.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant finance experience including managerial responsibilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Finance operations including Billing, Collection, Revenue Assurance, Treasury & Asset Management.
• Ensure effective billing, receivables management, collection, and working capital.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, banking activities, and payment planning.
• Ensure revenue accuracy and completeness.
• Oversee company asset management and cost controls.
• Establish and maintain financial policies, procedures, internal controls, and risk management.
• Lead and develop the Finance team, monitor KPIs, and drive process improvements.
• Provide financial analysis, reporting, and recommendations to management for decision making.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee Finance operations covering Billing, Collection, Revenue Assurance, Treasury & Asset Management.
• Ensure effective billing, receivables management, collection, and working capital.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, banking activities, and payment planning.
• Ensure revenue accuracy and completeness.
• Oversee company asset management.
• Establish and maintain financial policies, procedures, internal controls, and risk management within the assigned functions.
• Lead and develop the Finance team, monitor KPIs and performance, and drive process improvement and automation.
• Provide financial analysis, reporting, and recommendations to management to support business decisions and ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
• Provide support on other finance-related initiatives, special projects, and ad hoc assignments as required by management to support the achievement of the company's objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimal Bachelor Degree from reputable university majoring Accounting/Audit/Tax.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant Finance experience, including experience in a managerial position.
• Strong analytical skills, exceptional problem-solving skills, tight deadline.
