Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a skilled Assistant Manager – Finance Transformation & Systems in Jakarta to bridge finance operations, IT systems, and digital initiatives. You will drive standardization of processes, optimize ERP functionality, and lead automation efforts across multiple entities.

The role involves coordinating with internal IT teams and external vendors, overseeing UAT, and delivering improved financial reporting using Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Approximately 4–7 years of experience in accounting, finance transformation, or finance systems.
• At least 2–3 years of senior-level or supervisory experience in multi-entity environments.

Responsibilities

• Review and standardize finance processes for efficiency and control.
• Develop and document SOPs, workflows, and policies across entities.
• Lead ERP enhancement projects, requirements gathering, and UAT.
• Translate finance requirements into system specifications for IT/vendors.
• Coordinate with Finance, IT, and external vendors to implement changes.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and automate reporting; explore RPA opportunities.
• Monitor ERP performance and drive process improvements across entities.
