Job summary

PT Global Digital Niaga is seeking a Revenue Assurance – Finance Admin to support fulfillment, storage, and delivery operations in Jakarta. You will be legally a vendor employee but work within the main company environment, with potential assignment to other locations as needed.

The role requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Accounting/Finance and 1–4 years of Finance/Accounting experience. Excel skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• S1 in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–4 years of work experience in Finance/Accounting.
• AR/AP experience preferred.
• Understanding of basic accounting and financial admin principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and related software.
• Detail-oriented, organized with strong data processing.
• Willing to work full-time on-site and be assigned to multiple locations.

• Verify and validate revenue-related transaction documents.
• Perform journal entries and data entry into the system.

Revenue Assurance – Finance Admin position supporting fulfillment, storage, and delivery operations. This role will be recruited through a third party (vendor), and the candidate will administratively be a vendor employee but work within the main company environment according to operational needs. Placement in Jakarta with potential assignment to other office/operational locations as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct verification and validation of transaction documents related to revenue
• Perform journal entries and data entry of transactions into the system
• Manage finance document administration and filing
• Monitor and verify Account Receivable (AR) and Account Payable (AP)
• Support reconciliation processes and transaction data verification
• Prepare data and documents required for reporting and audit purposes
• Perform other finance administration tasks according to operational needs

About you

• Minimum S1 degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–4 years of work experience in Finance/Accounting
• Experience in Account Receivable (AR) or Account Payable (AP) preferred
• Understanding of basic accounting and financial administration principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or other supporting software/programs
• Detail-oriented, organized, and attentive to detail
• Strong administrative and data processing capabilities
• Willing to work full-time on-site
• Willing to be assigned to various office/operational locations as needed, such as Sarana Jaya, Tubun, Warehouse, and other locations
