BMW Motorrad in Jakarta Selatan is seeking a talented Supervisor Finance Accounting Tax to join our Finance team on a contract basis. You will supervise the accounting function, oversee tax matters, and provide leadership to ensure financial accuracy and regulatory compliance across the organisation.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance with CPA/CA preferred, 3–5 years in accounting and tax with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory capacity, and fluency in Indonesian and English.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with professional certifications preferred.
3–5 years in accounting and tax functions, with supervisory experience.
Fluency in Indonesian and English.

Responsabilités

Supervise the accounting team, providing guidance and performance management.
Oversee preparation and accuracy of financial statements and records.
Monitor and manage tax compliance obligations, including corporate and income tax.
Prepare and review tax calculations, returns and filings with authorities.
Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate variances.
Develop and implement accounting policies and internal controls.
Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to facilitate audits.
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and documentation.
Analyse financial data and provide insights for management decisions.
Ensure compliance with BMW Motorrad policies and regulatory requirements.
