Peoplyee is seeking a Finance, Accounting, and Tax Supervisor in Jakarta to lead daily finance, accounting, and tax activities for the company. The role requires 2.5+ years of related experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and hands-on use of Accurate accounting software.

• Minimum 2.5 years of relevant experience in startup or fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end finance, accounting, and tax processes.
• Hands-on experience using Accurate accounting software.
• Brevet A and B tax certifications are required.
• Supervise and coordinate a small team effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily finance, accounting, and tax activities to ensure accurate operations.
• Manage end-to-end finance and accounting processes, including transactions and records.
• Review financial data, records, and tax documentation for accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure proper tax administration and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on finance, accounting, and tax matters.
• Use Accurate accounting software to support processes.
• Support stocktaking at stores and warehouses as required.
• Visit stores or warehouses to support operations when needed.
• Prepare regular reports and updates to the Finance, Accounting, and Tax Manager.
• Identify and recommend improvements to finance, accounting, and tax processes.
