Job summary

Catalyst in Jakarta seeks a capable Finance Accounting Supervisor to oversee daily accounting operations, ensure accurate reporting under PSAK/IFRS, and support management with financial insights. The role leads the Accounting & Finance team, coordinates with Tax, and ensures compliance and timely closures.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting with 3+ years’ experience, including 1–2 years in supervision, strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, Odoo and MS Excel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards (PSAK) and Indonesian tax regulations.
• Experience generating financial reporting (statements, ledgers, listings).
• Proficient in accounting software (Odoo preferred) and Microsoft Office (Excel with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily accounting and finance operations.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions per PSAK/IFRS.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Review bank reconciliations, AP, AR, and general ledger accounts.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and oversee tax reporting with Tax Team.
• Coordinate external audit processes and ensure proper documentation.
• Develop, implement, and improve financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Provide financial analysis and reports to support management decisions.
• Lead, supervise, and evaluate Accounting & Finance team members.
