Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end financial reporting process.
• Good knowledge of tax regulations and corporate tax administration.
• Experience leading a team and supervising others is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure that all Finance, Accounting & Tax processes are carried out in accordance with standards, policies, and regulations.
• Manage the end-to-end accounting cycle, including transaction recording, reconciliation, financial statement preparation, and monthly/annual closing.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial reports to support management decision-making.
• Ensure the company's tax compliance, including tax calculation, filing, reporting, and administration.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and operational budget controls.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of financial systems, SOPs, and internal controls.
