Job summary

PT NEW CORAL SEA is seeking a Finance Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker) based in Alam Sutera. The role leads daily finance and accounting operations, ensuring accurate reporting, controls, tax compliance, and solid planning to guide business decisions.

You will supervise general ledger, AP/AR, and reporting, while coordinating with headquarters and internal departments to optimize project costs and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK), tax regulations, and financial compliance.
• Understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and internal controls.
• Professional working proficiency in Mandarin.
• Strong analytical, organisational, communication, and team leadership skills.

Lead daily finance and accounting operations, ensuring accurate reporting, strong financial controls, tax compliance, and effective planning. This role supports sound business decisions by providing reliable financial analysis, overseeing project costs, and partnering with headquarters and internal departments on financial matters.

Key responsibilities

Supervise daily accounting and financial operations, including the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.

Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK).

Oversee Indonesian tax compliance, including tax calculations, reporting, payments, and coordination with external tax consultants.

Monitor budgeting, cash flow, treasury, and financial planning activities.

Conduct financial analysis, cost control, and profitability monitoring to support business decisions.

Review project costs, operational expenses, and financial performance to support BPO project pricing and budgeting.

Maintain effective internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Coordinate with headquarters and other departments regarding financial matters.

Supervise and support the development of the local finance and accounting team.
