Job summary

PT NEW CORAL SEA seeks an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial operations in Indonesia, including accounting, taxation, budgeting, cash flow, and project profitability.

You will build a local finance team, oversee compliance with PSAK and local tax rules, and coordinate with headquarters to support growth in the BPO/tech sector. Fluent English is highly prioritized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or similar.
• Minimum 3 years of finance manager experience.
• Fluent in English is high priority.
• Strong hands-on expertise in accounting, taxation, and financial management.
• Experience in BPO, outsourcing, technology, or Chinese companies expanding overseas is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Indonesian PSAK standards and local tax regulations.
