Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial accounting is required.
• Experience in engineering, construction, or project-based companies is a plus.
• ACCA/CPA or equivalent qualifications preferred.

Job description

Fully manage daily project accounting and tax reporting to ensure compliance with accounting standards and local regulations.

Build and refine financial management processes and branch internal control systems.

Carry out tax planning, handle tax audits, and minimize tax risks.

Lead the finance team, provide guidance to local employees, and be responsible for financial relations and reporting to headquarters.

Establish and maintain professional relationships with local banks, audit firms, tax authorities, and law firms.

Requirements:

Work experience: 5+ years in financial accounting.

Industry background: Experience in engineering, construction, or project-based companies is an advantage.

Professional qualifications: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance. Holders of ACCA, CPA, Indonesia Chartered Accountant, or equivalent qualifications are preferred.

Language skills: Fluent in Chinese language (listening, reading, writing). English proficiency is an added advantage.

Technical skills: Knowledge of tax regulations, social security (BPJS), and labor cost rules. Proficient in financial software such as Accurate and Microsoft Excel.

Personal qualities: Strong communication and coordination skills, high sense of responsibility, adaptability in cross-cultural work environments, and strong stability.
