Job summary

PT INSERASENA (POLYGON GROUP) is seeking an experienced Accountant to support manufacturing finance functions, ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintain strong internal controls in a dynamic environment based in Sidoarjo, East Java.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, has at least 3 years’ experience in manufacturing or public accounting, demonstrates leadership potential, excels in Excel, and is comfortable with SAP ERP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing company or Public Accounting Firm (KAP).
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; ERP experience (SAP) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure financial reports are accurate, timely, and compliant with Indonesian accounting standards.
• Oversee recording of fixed assets and inventory with data integrity.
• Maintain and update documented accounting policies and procedures per standards and operations.
• Support decision-making with accurate financial information and strong internal controls.

Job description

To ensure that all accounting processes and financial reporting activities are carried out accurately, timely, effectively controlled, and in compliance with applicable accounting standards, thereby supporting sound business decision-making.

Key responsibilities

Ensure that financial reports are free from material misstatements, prepared accurately and on time, fully accountable, and compliant with the applicable accounting standards in Indonesia.

Ensure effective control, monitoring, and accurate recording of the company's fixed assets and inventory to safeguard company resources and maintain data integrity.

Ensure the availability, maintenance, and continuous update of documented accounting policies, procedures, and systems in line with accounting standards and the company's operational requirements

About you

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing company and/or a Public Accounting Firm (KAP).

Preferably have leadership experience.

Strong willingness and eagerness to learn, with the ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment.

Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.

Experience with ERP systems, especially SAP, will be considered an advantage.
