Job summary

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, with 8+ years in finance and at least 3 years in supervision. Strong Excel skills and Accurate software experience are preferred.

We are looking for an experienced Finance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day finance activities and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timely completion of financial processes. This role will play an important part in supporting financial reporting, payroll and benefits verification, financial data analysis, and management decision-making.

Responsibilities

Supervise and oversee day-to-day finance activities, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of financial processes

Review and verify employee payroll, benefits, and other employee-related finance calculations

Prepare, review, and analyze financial and management reports to support business decision-making

Perform financial data analysis and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports

Monitor financial transactions, reconciliations, and supporting documents

Identify discrepancies, investigate variances, and provide recommendations for improvement

Coordinate with HR/People, Payroll, and other relevant departments on payroll, benefits, and finance-related matters

Support the preparation of periodic financial reports and ad-hoc financial analysis required by management

Supervise and provide guidance to team members to ensure effective execution of finance activities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Minimum 8 years of experience in Finance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role

Strong experience in financial reporting, financial data analysis, and data processing

Hands-on experience in payroll and employee benefits checking and reconciliation

Advanced/Must-have Microsoft Excel skills, with strong ability to process, analyze, and interpret large sets of financial data

Experience using Accurate accounting software is preferred

Experience working in a complex industry or business environment is preferred

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally

Able to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
