Job summary

Waruna Shipping Group seeks a Finance Executive to manage end-to-end finance and accounting activities. You will handle day-to-day transactions, AP/AR, payments, reconciliations, GL, and monthly closing.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. Requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, minimum 3 years in finance, strong Excel and Accurate software skills, and good English. Based in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance/accounting.
• Strong understanding of AP/AR, bank reconciliations, GL, and financial closing.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Accurate accounting software preferred.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day finance and accounting activities accurately and timely.
• Manage AP/AR, payment processing, bank reconciliation, and general ledger activities.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Perform month-, quarter-, and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties on finance matters.
• Support tax, audit, and other finance-related activities.
