• Review payroll, benefits, and related finance calculations.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial and management reports for decision-making.
• Perform financial data analyses and ensure data integrity across reports.
• Monitor transactions, reconciliations, and supporting documents.
• Identify discrepancies, investigate variances, and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with HR, Payroll, and other departments on payroll and benefits matters.
• Support periodic financial reporting and ad-hoc analyses for management.
• Guide and supervise team members to ensure effective execution of finance activities.
