Job summary

Aruna is seeking a Finance Supervisor to join our Nakama team in Jakarta. You will oversee daily finance operations, ensure accuracy of financial transactions, and support budgeting and planning to drive business objectives.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Management, has at least 2 years in finance supervision, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems (Odoo a plus); proficient in English. This role is based in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Management is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance supervision.
• Good understanding in budgeting and banking (systems and products).
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo experience is a plus).
• Tax Brevet certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervising finance operational activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury management, banking administration, and regulatory reporting (including export proceeds reporting - DHE).
• Supports the Finance Manager in budget monitoring, cash flow management, financial control, and compliance activities.
• Monitor team performance and ensure service level expectations are achieved.
