Job summary

PT Arthali Logistik Nusantara is seeking a Finance & Accounting specialist to build a disciplined and scalable finance function to support the CEDEA group's business. You will manage day-to-day finance activities, including AP/AR, vendor payments, reimbursements, invoicing, and month-end close.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and collaboration with Operations and Commercial to provide financial insights while ensuring Indonesian tax compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience
• Experience in Cold Chain Industry preferred

Job description

PT Arthali Logistik Nusantara (part of CEDEA Group) is looking for a Finance & Accounting specialist who can build a stronger, more disciplined, and scalable finance function to support the business.

Manage day-to-day Finance & Accounting activities, including accounts payable/receivable, vendor payments, employee reimbursements, expense claims, invoicing, and other finance transactions

Handle accounting activities and monthly closing, ensuring accurate recording and proper maintenance of financial records in accordance with PSAK/IFRS

Prepare timely and accurate financial reports and management reports

Manage cash flow, including cash flow planning, collection, payments, and working capital monitoring

Manage budgeting and forecasting, including annual budget preparation and monitoring actual performance against budget

Analyze financial data and variances to identify key issues, cost drivers, and areas for improvement, and provide insights to management

Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax and financial regulations, particularly PPh (withholding tax) and PPN (VAT), as well as applicable accounting standards and company policies

Work closely with Operations, Commercial, and other functions to provide financial insights and support business decisions

Improve Finance & Accounting processes, controls, and systems to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and financial discipline

Support audits and other ad hoc finance-related projects and requests from management

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting

Minimum 3-5 years of experience
