Job summary

PT Kevin Shipping is seeking a Finance Staff to ensure accurate financial transactions and smooth administrative processes. The role focuses on AP/AR, bank reconciliation, and regular financial reporting.

Ideal candidates have a D3/S1 in Accounting or Finance, at least two years in finance, and strong Excel skills. You will coordinate with departments to maintain orderly financial data and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in Finance.
• Understanding of AP, AR, cash flow, petty cash, and bank reconciliation fundamentals
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

• Record and administer company financial transactions.
• Process Account Payable (AP) and Account Receivable (AR).
• Verify invoices, receipts, payment proofs, and supporting transaction documents.
• Input and update financial transaction data into the system.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ensure transaction accuracy.
• Assist with payment processing to vendors, suppliers, and operational needs.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and customer payments.
• Help prepare financial reports and transaction reports on a regular basis.
• Archive financial documents neatly and systematically.

As Finance Staff, you will play a role in ensuring that the company's administrative processes and financial transactions run accurately, orderly, on time, and in accordance with company procedures. You will be detail-oriented, responsible, and possess strong administrative and financial management capabilities.

Key responsibilities

Record and administer company financial transactions

Process Account Payable (AP) and Account Receivable (AR)

Verify invoices, receipts, payment proofs, and supporting transaction documents

Input and update financial transaction data into the system

Perform bank reconciliation and ensure transaction accuracy

Assist with payment processing to vendors, suppliers, and operational needs

Monitor outstanding invoices and customer payments

Help prepare financial reports and transaction reports on a regular basis

Archive financial documents neatly and systematically

Coordinate with relevant departments in administrative and financial transaction processes

About you

Minimum education: D3/S1 in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Minimum 2 year experience in Finance

Understanding of AP, AR, cash flow, petty cash, and bank reconciliation fundamentals

Proficient in Microsoft Excel
