Job summary

PT Moda Global Maritim in Jakarta seeks a detail-oriented Finance/Accounting professional to handle daily finance activities, invoicing, reconciliation, and month-end closing. You will prepare and verify invoices and supporting documents, perform reconciliations, and assist with monthly reports and tax data.

Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years of experience in Finance/Accounting is preferred. Brevet A & B certification is an advantage, with strong Excel and Accurate accounting software

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.

• Good understanding of basic accounting principles, journal entries, reconciliation, and financial administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Accurate accounting software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily finance and accounting activities, including transaction recording, payment processing, and financial documentation.
• Prepare and verify invoices, payment documents, and supporting financial documents.
• Perform account reconciliation and ensure financial data is accurate and properly recorded.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, journals, and supporting schedules.
• Support tax administration, including the preparation and reconciliation of VAT and withholding tax (PPh) data.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and ensure all required financial records are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain and organize financial documents and records for proper filing and audit purposes.
• Monitor outstanding financial transactions and follow up with relevant departments to ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve financial and accounting-related issues.
• Handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively while maintaining accuracy and quality of work.
