Job summary

PT EZSVS Technology Indonesia is hiring for an entry-level Finance Assistant to support daily AP and AR tasks in Jakarta. You will verify invoices, process payments, and maintain accurate tax documentation. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and a basic understanding of Indonesian tax regulations.

Fresh graduates are welcome. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with the Accurate accounting software are advantageous.

• Familiar with Accurate accounting software is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

• Assist SPV Finance to handle daily AP and AR activities, including invoice verification and processing.
• Operate the Accurate accounting system to support SPV Finance.
• Prepare and maintain tax invoice documentation (Faktur Pajak).
• Process invoices for internal departments and customers.
• Process operational payments and ensure all supporting documents are complete and accurate.
• Verify invoices, payment requests, and supporting documents before processing.
• Maintain proper filing and records of invoices, payment transactions, and tax documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties regarding invoice and payment matters.

Assist SPV Finance to handle daily Account Payable (AP) activities, and Account Receivable (AR) activities, including invoice verification and processing.

Operate the Accurate accounting system to support SPV Finance.

Prepare and maintain tax invoice (Faktur Pajak) documentation.

Process invoices for internal departments and customers.

Process operational payments and ensure all supporting documents are complete and accurate.

Verify invoices, payment requests, and supporting documents before processing.

Maintain proper filing and records of invoices, payment transactions, and tax documents.

Coordinate with internal departments and external parties regarding invoice and payment matters.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Basic understanding of accounting principles, Accounts Payable, and invoice processing.

Familiar with Indonesian Tax Regulations (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), VAT, PPh 26)
