Job summary

PT. JTT LOGISTIK INDONESIA seeks a seasoned Finance & Accounting professional to record financial transactions accurately, prepare journals, ledgers, and financial statements, and oversee AR/AP in transport, shipping, and warehousing.

You will manage Faktur Pajak processes (e-Faktur/Coretax), ensure tax compliance, and collaborate with external tax consultants, with strong English communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting, finance, and tax regulations.
• Good understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles.
• Hands-on experience issuing and managing Faktur Pajak using e-Faktur and Coretax.
• Experience in billing, AR/AP, and financial administration.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently while providing leadership to the team.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

·Prepare financial reports, including journals, ledgers, balance sheets, and income statements.

·Perform reconciliation of accounts receivable and accounts payable related to transportation, shipping, and warehouse operations.

·Handle end-to-end tax invoice (Faktur Pajak) processes, including issuance, validation, correction, cancellation, and monitoring through applicable tax systems.

·Ensure accurate tax invoice administration and compliance with applicable Indonesian tax regulations.

·Coordinate with external tax consultants on tax-related matters.
