PT Inovasi Adiwarna Raya is seeking an accounting staff member to own daily bookkeeping, record all income and expenses, issue invoices and tax invoices, and ensure monthly reports are accurate and on time. Responsibilities include handling AR/AP, bank reconciliations, VAT, and collaboration with a tax consultant.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum D3/S1 in Accounting or Finance.
• 2+ years as an accounting staff member.
• Issued tax invoices (e-Faktur) and understands Indonesian VAT and withholding taxes.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets and accounting software.
• Experience with Accurate, Jurnal, Zahir or similar.
• Brevet A/B tax certification.
• Experience in a technology company, system integrator, or contractor.
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to speed up work.

Aufgaben

• Record all income and expense transactions in the journal and general ledger daily.
• Manage petty cash, monthly bank reconciliation, and archive of transaction evidence.
• Process employee reimbursements and project cash advances with settlements.
• Issue invoices and tax invoices (e-Faktur) based on client PO/SPK, including recurring rental invoices.
• Record and monitor receivables (AR), prepare AR aging list, and coordinate with the Senior Admin on collection.
• Record vendor bills (AP), verify documents, and prepare payment schedule for Directors' approval.
• Ensure withholding tax on vendor payments is deducted and withholding slips issued.
• Prepare data for monthly VAT and income tax returns and coordinate with tax consultant.
• Prepare monthly financial reports: P&L, cash flow, AR/AP, cost per project.
• Prepare data for audits and tender documentation.
