Job summary

Time International, a Retail company in Indonesia, seeks an Assistant Manager - Finance to lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing, and to oversee the accounting team in Jakarta. You will ensure accuracy of consolidated financial statements, support audits, improve processes, SAP ERP usage, and collaborate with FP&A, Operations, and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with 4–6 years of experience, including 2–3 years in supervision, strong Excel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• 4–6 years of progressive accounting experience, with 2–3 in supervision.
• Hands-on ERP experience, preferably SAP.
• Experience with consolidated financial statements and audits.
• Strong Excel skills for financial modeling and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
• Supervise, coach, and support the accounting team.
• Oversee accounting activities and ensure policy compliance.
• Review financial statements, ratios, GP; provide insights.
• Oversee audits, bank reporting, and external coordination.
• Review and approve POs, adjustments, and inventory transactions.
• Drive process improvements and ERP enhancements.
• Collaborate with Finance, FP&A, Operations on accounting matters.
