Job summary

ATI Business Group hires a Finance & Operations Senior Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations for clients. You will partner with the Manager on client engagements, performance, and business reviews to influence team success and client outcomes.

You will oversee AP, AR, Reconciliation, and accounting operations, ensuring SLA, accuracy, productivity, and quality. You’ll drive improvements and coach Supervisors and teams.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in Finance Operations, Accounting, Shared Services, BPO, or related field.
• Experience in a people leadership role managing a large team.

Ready to take ownership of large-scale Finance & Operations and make an impact beyond the numbers?

As a Finance & Operations Senior Supervisor, you’ll lead day-to-day operations for our clients. You’ll work closely with the Manager on client engagement, operational performance, and business reviews, giving you the opportunity to influence both team success and client outcomes.

From Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Reconciliation, to Accounting operations, you’ll ensure our teams consistently deliver against SLA, accuracy, productivity, and quality standards. Beyond keeping operations running smoothly, you’ll be expected to solve complex operational challenges, develop Supervisors and team members, and drive process improvements that create measurable impact.

Is This You?

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Finance Operations, Accounting, Shared Services, BPO, or a related field, with experience in a people leadership role
• Experience managing a large operational team, ideally 30+ employees or more
• Strong understanding of AP, AR, Reconciliation, and/or Accounting operations
• Proven experience in monitoring and improving SLA, productivity, accuracy, and quality performance
• Experience handling client-facing responsibilities, escalations, and stakeholder management
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement process improvements
• Experienced in workload planning, operational reporting, business review preparation, and operational governance
• Strong coaching and people management skills, with the ability to develop Supervisors and team members
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations for assigned clients.
• Support the Manager in client liaison, business reviews, and stakeholder management
• Oversee daily finance operations covering AP, AR, Reconciliation, and/or Accounting
• Monitor team performance to ensure compliance with SLA, productivity, accuracy, and quality standards
• Manage operational escalations and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues effectively
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and drive corrective actions and continuous process improvements
• Provide coaching, guidance, and performance support to Supervisors and team members
• Plan workload allocation and ensure appropriate resource utilization based on operational requirements
• Prepare and review operational reports, business review materials, and performance updates
• Ensure effective operational governance, process compliance, and service delivery
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, productivity, and client satisfaction
