Job summary

ATI Business Group seeks a Finance Supervisor to lead daily finance operations, oversee AR/AP and reconciliation, and drive a high-performing team to achieve accuracy and timely delivery. You will monitor workload, ensure process compliance, and proactively resolve issues with strong attention to detail.

You will coach staff, analyze performance data, and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain controls and improve efficiency in a fast-paced finance environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in operations, shared services, or finance operations with a supervisory role preferred.
• Strong understanding of internal controls, process compliance, and financial procedures.
• People management and leadership skills with coaching ability.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause identification.
• Experience in workflow management, productivity monitoring, and performance metrics.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive in identifying gaps and implementing improvements.

• Able to handle escalations professionally within established procedures.
• Comfortable working with operational data, reports, and performance metrics.
• Excel proficiency for reporting and data analysis.
• Good command of English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily finance operations (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Reconciliation) to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Monitor team productivity, quality, and adherence to processes.
• Manage task allocation, workload distribution, and workflow priorities.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues, exceptions, and escalations promptly.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and monitor operational reports, performance updates, and other requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address concerns and ensure smooth execution.
• Coach and motivate team members to achieve productivity and quality targets.
• Provide hands-on support in handling complex operational cases when required.

As a Finance Supervisor, you will play a key role in keeping day-to-day finance operations running smoothly while leading a team to achieve strong performance and service standards. You’ll oversee daily workloads, monitor productivity and quality, resolve operational issues, and ensure financial processes are completed accurately and on time.

Is This You?

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in operations, shared services, finance operation, or a related field, with experience in a Team Lead/Supervisor role preferred
• Good understanding of internal controls, process compliance, and financial procedures
• Strong people management and leadership skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues and identify root causes.
• Good understanding of workflow management, productivity monitoring, and operational performance.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive in identifying process gaps and implementing practical improvements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to handle escalations professionally and make sound decisions within established procedures.

• Willing to work full WFO and/or in shifts, depending on business requirements

• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to address operational concerns and ensure smooth execution.
• Coach, guide, and motivate team members to achieve productivity, quality, and performance expectations.
• Provide hands-on support in handling complex operational cases and escalations when required
