ATI Business Group is seeking a Finance & Operations Associate to support a range of finance and operational processes, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of transactions.

The role emphasizes data integrity, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and ongoing process improvements in a dynamic, global environment. A relevant degree and strong English proficiency are required, with willingness to work on rotating shifts in BSD/Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• CEFR English level at least B2.
• Willing to work on rotating roster, including overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Based in BSD and/or Jakarta.
• Experience in finance, accounting, business operations, or shared services.

Responsibilities

• Verify, process, and record financial transactions and operational requests accurately and within service levels.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation while ensuring data integrity.
• Investigate discrepancies, resolve exceptions, and follow up with stakeholders.
• Respond to internal/external inquiries professionally within turnaround times.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support daily finance and operations.
• Perform reconciliation and administrative tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support back-office activities and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to team productivity, quality, and service targets.
